nobody should give a stuff about your loveuality, parents and friends included. Be who you are and don't let anyone or anything influence what you really want in life. if your parents flip, it's no biggie, eventually they'll understand and look at it from your point of view.

just don't be a huge friend who labels themselves and then adheres to said label to control what you do with your life. nobody likes the person who is like "oMG im so gay hi bois pls i suck your rooster richard this richard that haha im so funny and gay and cute!". subtlety is nice, however flamboyance in any aspect - gay or not - is obnoxious.
