Gamemode Idea - Advanced Towel Placement

How about balancing details, such as things like how fast the Towel Gun should be able to fire, how fast towel projectiles are, etc.?

Cesium explodes violently in water.
That and having water on you doesn't mean you drown. This logic = dump a bucket of water on their shirt to make them drown.

SWAT, seriously. This is a game where plastic people can somehow run around with rocket boots and push each other with brooms while trying to avoid falling into lava. This isn't meant to be logical, it's supposed to be funny.
