So you can't scope in an spam bullets?

No you can't.
I would imagine it would be frustrating spamming bullets in scope and seeing black dust everywhere getting in the way of the target.
It doesn't really matter anyway either; considering the fact the sniper shoots out so many bullets that you can't possibly miss.
