Upload speed and monthly bandwidth isn't very relevant here, but Servermania will probably have 100 Mbps port and it has a 4 TB monthly limit.
Contabo has unlimited monthly transfer with a 1 Gbps port, but it will cap you to 10 Mbps if your average is higher than 40 Mbps.
When I ran HamHost, the speed tests for Contabo showed 350 Mbps download and 90 Mbps upload.
