When in a mini, switch to team chat? Have radio mod with an official OOC channel? There are tons of solutions so just use them and don't whine about it.

Change frequency and how broad of a spectrum you are broadcasting/receiving? Neat! Maybe add some static and stuff for interference?

and a walkie model that only allows you to talk to others if you have it out.
