Here you go: https://www.google.com/#q=motion+blur+shader+glsl Good luck. I'd suggest starting with getting the blur effect to work just in some fixed direction, then worry about calculating the blur vector. |

The only real things that could be "blurred" are shadows and actual model textures (i.e. studs on bricks, which would never "leave" the boundaries of the brick). |
