Add-on idea = motion blur

i hate motion blur it makes me feel sick and I don't really understand how so many people like it
it puts you at a vision disadvantage also

motion blur is great in games expressly designed around speed
inversely, motion blur in games where the fastest thing moving is your head as you turn around is apparently not so great

Maybe motion blur in extremely bright environments or really dark foggy ones, but that's about it.
