Add-on idea = motion blur

any weird workarounds to get a motion blur effect will be awful
emitters won't work because A) they aren't specific to the client's rendering, ie other people in the server will see them, B) shadows will cast on them, C) it just can't give the same effect
the only way to get motion blur is to implement motion blur proper
