walk to the desk, act like you're picking up an invisible phone. tell the phone that you need "it" to open the glass door, not specifying what "it" is. the paper should ball itself up and destroy the glass door. leap magnificently through the doorway, cheering as you go. then go back and take the lamp. make another magnificent leap through the doorway
