when you pay with cash it's paid for at the house when it arrives
so in other words, its an annoyance. but sometimes the delivery guy will just give it to you anyway, it's not like they could sell it to anyone else. but he also might take it back and they'll eat it. either way, someone gets free pizza, so you might as well answer the door if it happens
