Running multiple dedicated servers with one Steam account / BL key

By "legal", I meant if it is against the Steam or Blockland terms of service.
So I'm allowed to create an account called "Hoster" and run servers for 20+ players who can't afford the game?
Wouldn't that deny Badspot his money, therefore it's not allowed?

It's allowed, but it makes no sense. If you can't play the game, why would you pay for hosting?

It might make sense if you want to test add-ons or something.
