changing the appearance will most likely not change the attitude towards it, [at least to me] it's not creepy because of the appearance but it's creepy because you don't know when they could be recording you and everything you do

In police work people are always recording your every move because they think you are going to commit police brutality. A lot of cities have cameras set up already as well, so it is something we will have to get use too.
