Based off the game Startropics, it would be like mike's first yoyo. Perhaps do 25 damage per hit?
You can spam click it (to a limit) but holding the mouse button would do nothing.
It's range should still be melee-like, but farther than the sword.

OT: would be neat. but it's such a little thing that you'd have no reason to put it in your game.
