I still dont get what youre pointing out. Me and Tok were referring to your need to comment "and you're right it isn't factoring those in, because those aren't part of tuition fees" and contribute nothing but an attempt at an assholish remark

Based on the first link if the OP decides to go for medicine and veterinary medicine his family will be shelling out in the region of £35,000 ($58,000) a year for his courses. Holy stuff!

That's a lot but it's honestly not a lot as an American. I go to a state university which isn't as "prestigious" as the private schools. But my school costs like 7k a year for tuition and some private schools charge like 6 times as much just for tuition and their entrance requirements are usually not much different. The only real benefit I can think of most private schools compared to state schools is the networking. Which can be a big deal for some.

But it's not that all schools are too expensive. It's that people who clearly can't afford these schools choose to go to them. They're chosen degrees are normally not known for making money either. I really wish there was a push to have more people go for trade schools. Or even better would be making most jobs have a livable wage so everyone can survive.

I didnt even consider private universities. Not that I could afford them much anyway, but I dont see why you WOULDNT go to a state school when its so much cheaper and offers an equal if not better quality of education.

Oh yeah, tuition fees aren't capped at £9k for international students, are they? Forgot about that.
The price will certainly be higher than those for any UK/EU student if that's the case.

How do we know the OP's parents aren't actually wealthy as fuq?

If his parents can afford $58,000 a year in tuition fees for their son then holy stuff they must be rolling in it

Im sure if they were wealthy they wouldnt be living in such a ghetto ass community

What else could you have been aiming for here?
I was aiming to say something?? like I said, I don't see any difference between that and what I was responding to

Yep definitely I'm gonna get a better education at ASU than CalTech or Harvey Mudd or JHU.

Yep you're definitely going to get a job that can keep up with those student loan payments. A lot of people going to private schools can't afford them.
