no they did not. David Cameron specifically added filters to the London borough of Education and most WORK places. The internet broadband's such as BT (British telecom), Sky and virgin media do not follow any rules of the US government adding SOPA and pipa. so last year when i was in London i saw a bunch of Americans flipping out over sopa, so i should stay out of the argument. This year i need to care since im in NY. The US has No possession what so ever on London's broadband's but i think he might have something to do with Virgin media how ever

Personally I use baking soda since it makes my teeth nice and white and I like the taste lol. At least that makes more sense than Yayfun's 'rubbing teeth with leaves' approach.
