Some people could've connected to 000webhost.com but didn't for server33.000webhost.com.
However, after research I noticed this is indeed the case. Perhaps it worked like the way above for people who didn't have AT&T, but another thing that simply blocked 000webhost.
X10Hosting is the only way to go unfortunately for me.

I can connect to their website, but not any sites hosted using them.
This is also an issue for an RTB archive hosted using 000webhost.

Yeah. By 'your issue', I meant the issue of his site not being available to some people. Not 'the reason why your site is broken'.
