Basicly a tool or a paintFX that could add a bit of reflection on things like a vehicle for example, so we could have matte, metallic or chrome vehicles The reflection could reflect the skybox like most of the games do before real-time reflections was implemented, also I've seen some fail-binned or unfinished old add-ons that had some reflection on, I believe it's due to the lack of textures? Not sure, but there was this star wars vehicle which had a bit of reflection AND textures |
