I'm not sure whether there is a callback for resizing a window , as you would need to rearrange the icons. Gonna check tomorrow (no school tomorrow)

I didn't have enough time to do this ( it's 1:30 here and I am not on my computer anymore), I'll see whether I can add crown's idea and then release it tomorrow
