So when I save a pic it shows it saves in SD and internal. How do I only save it in one?

Now there is these pathnames. I don't understand. Also when I restart the phone some apps disappear.

Not on higher quality phones, in my opinion. I used to have a Hauwei and I don't think there's as good as Samsung or Apple.

If only the vita were a phone. I just slap in the SD card for it and everything works fine.

Apps on the SD card randomly start disappearing when I restart my phone and photos keep disappearing too.

This leads me to believe that your sd card has bad blocks. I'd probably get the data off and trash it if I were you.
