I was bored 2 days ago, so I decided to write a program which would automatically browse the user profiles on the forum, and collect the name, BL_ID, and forum ID of each. This is the link: http://www.hammereditor.net/files/bl_id_index.txt To search for a username or BL_ID, just press "Ctrl+F" or search the page.
