If somebody kills one person, give them like an hour in jail if caught. If they kill a bunch, then give them a life sentence. Also make a way for prisoners to break out, but not so easily. stuff like that would be nice, it would make more players take actual jobs. |

Witnessing crimes gives the player demerits instead of just adding them, the player would need to see the murderer and the victim in their screen at the same time. So basically if you're stealthy you can get away with murder. |
