torquescript and lua are different languages. this would depend on what you're trying to do.
there is a wonderful site called
Rosetta Code that has various coding things in many languages.
TS entries are limited, however, because TS isn't really a popular language.
really, if you understand coding and each language well enough, it shouldn't be too hard to do this.
