Which is the real reason why RTB is over?

I meant to make this topic a few weeks ago but oh well, I don't recall Ephialtes explaining the reason why he decided to shutdown RTB, I mean he had great plans for it, yeah I know you guys are sick of RTB related topics but I just want to know
