Or at least some detail in the walls, floors, or anything. What is the brick count? I think this build could benifit greatly with some remodeling. It looks like you threw this together in 30 minutes
Note: I havent played the server. I do not mean to imply it is poor merely on account of the build.

The idea seems pretty cool, and as long as the gameplay is fun, it's a good server.
I'd be willing to help you with the build.
The walls could be like this:
but tiled, so that the blue/team-colored part is a grid.
That's one idea.
