Head out to open country. Anywhere people aren't. Bring rifles, pistols, etc, and set up a camp. Cover tents in leaves, no electronics, etc. No fires at all, unless I could locate a cave. I'm nowhere near the kind of person to go out hunting for other people once a year for self gain. As long as I can protect myself and those I care for, purge would be fine by me: criminals end up killing eachother before the night is over.
