I don't think Subpixel had any right to reveal Pacnet's personal information. All he did was a small troll action on a web site.
Did Pacnet hack or DoS or do anything illegal? No. IP addresses and real names and locations should only be revealed on the forums, when the person has committed a crime.

Also, who said anything about you having rights here? When you sign up for Sub's website, you sign an agreement that basically gives him the right to your information. If he wanted to, he could sign you up for gay research sites. If you're going to do stupid stuff on the internet, and you have even the smallest ounce of critical data floating around that can be linked to other accounts, you're going to get bit on the ass.
