Portal gun failbinned?

I downloaded the Portal Gun from one of the RTB archives and when I try to host with it, it's not there. It is enabled in the addon's list, but when the server loads, nope.

Is it fail-binned or maybe a conflicting addon?

Jeeze I'm dumb. I don't have the GGun, so PGun fails to work. Anyone know which GGun to get? Looking in this archive here. http://rtb-archive.host22.com/
