So, I have this new problem after installing Pivot Animator. It will now redirect me to some random advertisement when I click on a section of BLF.
It doesn't show up in extensions. Isn't that nice?

did you not see all the offers that you could of unchecked while installing it?
also, what version of pivot?

Latest, and it had a timer or something because every 7 seconds it would randomly freeze and I couldn't do anything but close it. So I didn't have the ability to check off ANYTHING.

It isn't a virus.
It's like that safesaver stuff, it redirects you to some bullstuff thing that isn't even remotely related to what you clicked on.

Oh and, Can someone give me a list of toolbars it installs?

Yeah...

That's a virus.
It isn't a loving virus god damnit
I installed pivot FROM the OFFICIAL WEBSITE.

What do you call THIS?

The only good (and also pretty odd) thing about adware is that if you look good enough, there's usually a very plain uninstall button hidden in your program files. It will uninstall the adware for you. It's almost as if they thought someone was going to install that stuff voluntarily.

Anyways, if it's in your extensions, just delete it. If it says it's installed by the company or something similar to that, run a virus scan with firewall and it should detect it eventually.
