I'd suggest getting windows 8. If you don't like the metro ui, you can get a program to put back the start menu. It's faster than windows 7, so yah. It also looks better IMO.
i honestly think you should just get all of your parts from neweggamazon is stuff sometimes when it comes to pc partstheres a chance they can just take your money and not give the peice to you if its pre-owned

Hi.If you want you can have a look at my current rig (already built this, actually typing this from it, x3)http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Evar678/saved/1YXGPersonally I'd suggest the AMD FX 6350 over the 6300, nearly an extra GHz per core for another ~$30, though its up to you. Otherwise, definitely looks solid for such a cheap build (Mine isn't too expensive either, though mine includes two monitors.)
I heard buying parts from Amazon is bad. Is this true?

maybe you can save money by dropping the wireless card, and picking a mobo that has wifi built in.or at least break even on the price and have a better model moboi only know the intel ones though. so i dunno if it can be done for you
You should use a static absorbing band just in case.
