The BL Profile Pic limit is 75x75, make sure you have made it to 75x75

It's really buggy, this happens to me as well. It worked after I just waited a while.

It was this entire blue (or purple, colorblind when it comes to those color) RTB logo.

Everybody should wait at least 24 hours after attempting to change their avatar before saying that it doesn't work.
