What is the easiest Language

In a way, just asking. What would be easier to learn? A scripting language ike lua or a programming language like c++?

First, is programming or scripting easier. That answers that.

Scripting is definitely a lot easier. The languages are basically dumb down cousins of more complex languages.

One thing I can recall is that you can switch between each other. Such as instead of creating a library for C++ to handle huge numbers, you can run Python scripts within since Python is naturally good at handling extremely huge numbers.

I think HTML, LUA, FORTH and C++ are the easiest to learn.
HTML is the easiest without doubt.
