Airbus is started. It begins to manufacture propellers for planes already built, with quality and at a much lower price than other propeller sellers.
China decides to go into neutrality, but will defend itself if provoked. Negotiations are being made by the Chinese government to purchase Boeing from America, as it is a high-profile company that will be very necessary in supporting the Chinese aviation industry.
In other transportation-related news, boats also become very important and large. Speedboats are very popular among Chinese water-goers, and can be seen often as they roll on the waves up and down the coast. The majority of speed and sport boats are being made by a company called Pangan, and a new type of boat, a personal boat named "Cycleboat" (or primarily, jet skis), is being drafted as a blueprint. It may be slow in the beginning but hopefully will be a fast alternative to larger, more expensive speedboats.
