My avatar won't change to a animated .gif/ doesn't play

So I try to change my avatar (was gonna be the second time today) to an animated .gif, and it just won't change/play.
I tried to F5, CTRL F5, and remake the .gif, because I made it.

I've tried to upload a new avatar this week and it hasn't worked yet. I think it's royally forgeted.

It's not completely borked, I uploaded my new avatar today just fine.

Badspot said a while back that avatars are messed up due to some changes that he had to make in-order to apply the DDoS protection.
I say we should be patient for Badspot to fix the avatars. I mean they're just avatars. They're not really important.

If badspot fixes the avatars i recommend changing the max size to 100x100
