What browser are you using? It might be because the stock browser is based off WebKit

Maxthon works fine.
I think the Avatar uploading system is a little bit lagborked, previously when I tried to change avatars it took ages for it to show up. Also tried clearing cache and all. It just kept alternating between the old and new version every now and then.

9x the size of a regular avatar is a "mega avatar" right now. But can we go larger?

As far as I understood, it's because of icons.
Ico goes as far as 256x256 on most icon making programs, but there may be a way to make it bigger I guess.

Why do you keep saying 9x the size of a normal avatar. Screencap this. I'm only getting like 3.5x times larger here

In all seriousness it's not 9x, it's roughly 2.5x - 3x on my screen

256 / 64 is only 4x.
