Keyboard, no doubt. On my old desktop I had a wobbly keyboard and I HATED it. Now I have a laptop and I have gotten used to the keyboard (even though it has no numpad)

an unbalanced mouse is harder to fix than a wobbly keyboard, because with a keyboard you can just shove something under it to keep it stable.

With a mouse however, it's almost always in motion and has specific slider-thingies on the bottom designed for it.

At least, in my experience.
