f****ck the feds. if u see an fbi agent, kill them. if u see the president, throw egg (do not kill u will go 2 jail).
oh my god so much funny stuff tonight

That's ridiculous, over 89 cents?

f****ck the feds. if u see an fbi agent, kill them. if u see the president, throw egg (do not kill u will go 2 jail).

If you were running for the next presidency, you'd win.

it probably only cost them like $.04 to fill up that cup so why should they give a dang

Who's going to pay that $.04??!  AND THEIR PROFIT??!

I wonder what people'd be saying if this article was slanted the other way. I can see why he got smacked with a big fine. The guy probably didn't cooperate with the officer. He was probably argumentative with him about paying the fine and probably pissed the officer off who cited him for as much as he could as revenge for making his job hard.

As far as the not allowing him to pay for it thing; they're police not employees. They have to enforce the law. Not knowing the law isn't an excuse for breaking it, and once you break the law you're not allowed to mend the situation to escape prosecution. If he stole a diamond would you guys still be saying that he should have been offered a chance to give that diamond back while being handed a warning? The cop just cited him like he had to.

$trinick makes some good points like he typically does in articles or posts based on law enforcement. Cops are just following the rules of their job, just like those employees. They're employees of the city basically. If the rule in the restaurant was not to drop food, whoever drops food gets fired. right? this happens to criminals. if the rule in the city is not to steal, no matter the value of it, you're still committing a crime.

Who's going to pay that $.04??!  AND THEIR PROFIT??!

Fine for refill? Wtf? Isn't the refill made so you DON'T pay for a second drink?

getting a refill IS a second drink

getting a refill IS a second drink
I might have written the sentence incorrectly but what I meant to say was that refills are second, third, etc drinks for free. Meaning that you don't have to pay them like you do in Buenos Aires.

free refills ≠ all refills

Unless there's a sign, someone will assume that all refills are free.
