Affirmative action is called positive discrimination. We are not talking about the original conception of affirmative action in the workplace or in federal positions, we're talking about the Michigan ban on accepting higher-education students based on race.

I think he knows he's wrong and doesn't want to admit it. I have a hard time believing he's actually this stupid. He's repeating the same point over and over and has pretty much devolved into calling people illiterate, which is basically a tell-tale sign of him continuing an argument with the knowledge he's wrong.

If you read very closely, there are clues that they are accepting on the basis of race, such as "increasing racial diversity." There's only one way to do that, and that's to accept more minority races.
