well i have a horrible overbite i need braces for- and in order to get them i need some teeth pulled out to make room

My dentist had several different anesthetics, they had to experiment and find the right one for me. Starting out it hurt, but once they found the right one, I could literally feel nothing, except for a dull vibrating from some of the drill pieces

Gotta be one fat motherforgeter for that. Last time i got  numbing agent into my gums i was 130KG and i didn't feel a thing. These days im 106KG and losing weight.
