I'm pretty sure right now it's opt-in, aka nobody does it unless they say to. I want it to be so everybody does it unless they say not to. This generally increases percentages, as people who aren't strongly opinionated or don't notice the option are included, which is the vast majority. It's a sneaky option, but I feel as it's the best for society.
