1. Make sure Blockland is using port 28100.
2. Make sure your static IP is set to 192.168.1.45 (CMD+R, cmd, ipconfig)
3. If your router has a "Virtual Server" advanced option use that.
4. Windows Firewall can be a bitch.

5. If your router has a DMZ option, use it.
