Any chilled or frozen dairy products?
I was not gonna chew on a block of frozen cheese - the only thing that fit your description at the time - so I had to go buy milk and an ice cream sandwich.

There is a ukranian exchange student at my school who grows his own peppers he tricked my awesome match teacher into eating one of his special ham and pepper sandwiches, i later had one willfully 30 min of continous pain!
