Otherwise known as the New Economic Plan, is a new economic system that encompasses all of the German-friendly states in America. Agricultural goods from Illinois, Indiana, and Oklahoma, tanks and armored vehicles from Michigan, rifles and munitions from Arizona, and aircraft and ships from California and Washington, will all be traded among the states with no tariffs or fees. Eventually, provisions could be made to supply consumer goods to each other in addition to war material.
This new plan is expected to give an enormous boost to many of these states economies. This new economic plan will depend on the updating of railway lines, the upgrading of factories, and increased friendliness with the USSR. Most or all of these are expected to be completing in 6 months.
