Get greasemonkey or something similar first, then have someone who knows how to use it to explain it to you. I didn't use grease monkey I used something else

actually you can use adblock aswell, but you can also install a userscript agent on your browser. Tampermonkey for Mozilla, greasemonkey for Chrome, violentmonkey for Opera. Then just hit new script and paste it in there.
