I said oceanic and also specified what I wanted earlier

no offense crispy, but aflkoshia should not have greenland or iceland
they say they brought it with non existent funds
of course they say they "set it aside" but it's an economic crCIA, as stated in OP
the 90 million he said he used to purchase the areas would put him in such economic ruin that all of his lands sprout up in revolt

nobody owned the land in the first place so the money went to shredders or dirty toilets but yeah i agree with you

the locals would probably revolt against being taken by an already economically ruined country, that tries to buy them with money that is worthless

The tour of the 1CMRS goes on as planned, though a special arrangement has been made to include the prince of Conservatia.

A small bomb goes off in the streets of Central Russia.  No one knows to what intent.  No one was killed, though 8 were injured– two badly from heat burns and shrapnel, and the rest from shrapnel of varying degrees of severity from the asphalt.  Three men in dark cloaks were seen in pursuit of another man fleeing the scene, caught by two security cameras from stores nearby.  Their whereabouts were unknown up until a few days later that Central Russian Police receive a tip pointing them to a barn out of town by 22 miles, where the man had supposedly been found.  When the police arrive, they find the man who fled the scene to be hung, evidently hanging there for days.  Police find that this man had shown signs of struggle, such as wear on his wrists and ankles, where he had apparently been bound.  Upon inspection of his pockets, police find a detonator switch with the man's fingerprints, and smeared fingerprints, unidentifiable, probably the man's, but with the switch handled with latex gloves prior to police inspection.  It seems to be that the three men in pursuit were responsible in whole or in part for this whole ordeal.
