passports accepted

ST files paperwork and sends it back to the GAL/GAC.  We request passports as well.
Did you get Anglo-SA's offer?

Also, ST is contacted with a special offer; land within Anglo-Stellastria, for free, and reduced tax rates. In exchange, all research must be disclosed to the Anglo-Stellastrian government, which doesn't mean much if they were planning to disclose said research to the public.

That depends.
  • Does said information require that all research done in Stallastria be disclosed?
  • Must all research in Stallastria be centered here?
  • See my PM that I am sending you/have sent you, depending on the time you receive it.

  • Yes, but you may also disclose it to any other entities you wish, including the public.
  • I don't quite get what you're asking.
  • Crispy said that no time travelling was allowed. You're breaking the rules.

Additionally, if you do not accept the offer, you may still conduct research in the country, but you will not get special tax exemptions and discounts on land expansions.

  • Noted.
  • Is all research carried out in Stallastria required to be routed through the location that is being offered?
  • No continuity was broken.  Not in the slightest.

I have received your PM.  We will decline your offer and will proceed to shut down all operations in Anglo-SA.

  • You can also patent it, if you wish. The only requirement is that the government be informed of all Anglo-SA-derived research.
  • Not necessarily, but it will have to be disclosed regardless. If you do not wish to change locations, you will still receive special tax exemption and discounted or free expansions.
  • I was joking :P

EDIT: Ah, I see you declined the offer. It is not necessary that you shut down operations! You will not receive tax exemption or discounted expansions, but we will not restrict you as you are currently!

That's the same as handing someone the designs or the instructions on something.  We are a private enterprise and we are, as of now, entirely contracted to the GECE.  To do that would be a breach of our contracts and international law.

As I said, we won't bother you if you decide to conduct research in this nation. You simply will not receive benefits, that's all. The offer was not required in any way. We won't stop you if you wish to close down operations in Anglo-SA, but we aren't requiring you to; that's not within our legal power. You do not have to disclose information as you have declined the offer.

Alright, we'll go without the benefits, then, and will continue operations.

All inspections of buildings must be given 3 months in advance.

Sorry for the confusion. We wish you the best in your research! :)

Large amounts of cargo land in Stallastria, all containers marked with a big white Bold, Itallic "ST" with a circle around it.

Construction continues in the hundred mile circle.

ST requests that Conservatia wipe out all satellites of old China still rotating above this site.  Any belonging to Tiven or the NRR, please relocate them.

'cluster nukes' are being developed researched - many small 1megaton nukes clustered into a larger nuke that is cased with 30mt, so it's around 37mt, and then... forget... two of those, creating power more than the Tsar Bomba. (its not all that ridiculous. the lining is the same material of matches, and it flips-inside out to light it, so that the other nukes explode.)

Nukes don't activate from being hit with a match.

No, but they can ignite.

No, but they can ignite.
They are triggered initially by kinetic force of two or more masses of fissable material smashing together, triggered by detonators inside of the bomb, which then compresses Lithium Hydride containing Dueterium.  In the case of your bombs, you better have a hellotta rocket fuel for that, because that stuff would be heavy.  It would be about as long as a nuclear submarine at least, require specified launchpads, be very inconvenient to relocate by any sort of transport, and would cost a metric stuffton.  Search: "MIRV"s.
