The following information was leaked on a website before being shut down. 13 people worldwide were able to copy it before Specron shut it down and wiped web archives.

It has since been published on many news sites. Suspicion goes around that there are immoral experiments being done on humans at Specron. Suspicion also goes around that Specron seeks to ruin the dignity of humanity by defiling the human body with mechanical "enhancements".
Specron responds by providing an interview with news stations with the alleged "victims" of technology.appearance, the men and two women that were interviewed were not permitted to release confidential information, but were allowed to comment only on the leaked information, saying that it was an experiment to allow access to the internet through one's mind due to implants in the brain or base of the spinal cord. All who were interviewed said that they volunteered, and those that were not filmed were mentioned to be volunteers also. The men and women filmed appeared to be like any human being as far as external appearance, though they were able to retrieve information such as activities on televised sports events within seconds, and could retrieve a recipe for an apple pie in a second.
The debate causes a few corporate offices to be vandalized. Offenses attempted on sovereign land resulted in deportation (A 5-minute walk or less), and charges of illegal entry on top of normal offenses. Workers' strikes occur in Specron in the lower rings. Border control bots are set up to scoop up and escort out any intruders. Offenders of trespassing, sovereign or not, unless repeat offenders, will not be detained.
