My FTP Server wont allow connections outside of itself.

So I setup FileZilla on my Windows VPS, and I tried connecting to it over my browser just to see if I can connect. It didn't. Though after testing through the VPS it was able to connect (even on it's external IP). Any help? I checked the IP filters and everything.

Fixed, forgot to let it through the firewall.
