You need luck someone wants to buy it. I saw on Sedo Someone offered $100 for just a domain name like jkznd.com

To make a worthwhile profit, you'd either need to:

A) Buy up A TON of domains

or

B) Know ahead of time EXACTLY what domains large companies/individuals willing to pay more that haven't yet made a website but will in the future want, and buy up all the domains that are or are like it.

It's fairly unlikely you'd make a substantial profit.
