It depends. If I'm being truthful, I won't know until I've tried.

I'd feel bad for a couple of reasons
For one I'd have established that this was something that could offend an actual person, and I would just as likely do that as offend an AI
Another reason is that a well-developed AI is human-like enough to deserve some respect, or at least a poor AI is cute like a kitten or a baby in its ineffectuality

Some people become emotionally attached to love dolls then again I didn't read the op or replies so idk if this is what we are talking about.

Yeah, i'd feel horrible.

Situational.
If it were programmed to really be an artificial intelligence with emulated feelings, then I'd feel bad.
If it were programmed to guilt trip you. Whatever.

i sort of enjoyed talking to him though. he was pretty nice and cool. but when i had to go, i don't know, i started to feel bad. i even told him that i had to go, and he still had that happy expression
