Steam unavailable since yesterday

I don't know why this is happening but since yesterday I can't connect to my steam account, it shows that instead

And yes I changed my password yet no luck, does anyone know a fix? Yes I removed clientregistery.blob as well and no luck either.

oh, this used to happen to me a lot.
what i did is i restarted me computer a few times.

also, are you able to log into the steam website?

I'm getting something like that instead of steam just being down I can see what everyone is playing
I can't play any game or can I look up something on my browser the only thing that has come is ligh. For the link part of my roater isn't working at all. If anyone knows what's going with my roater please help if not then help fillipe.
